There’s nothing like having afternoon tea from handmade pots, especially if you’ve made them yourself.

I will be teaching a five week hand-building course at Salisbury Arts Centre next month. Using coil-building, slab-building and/or pinch pot techniques, I will guide you through the process of making a tea set (teapot, two tea bowls, sugar bowl with a spoon, small jug and tray) from beginning to end. The pieces will be made by coiling, slab-building and/or pinch potting and decorated with simple and attractive slip decoration techniques before been glazed.

This is course is suitable for levels and abilities.

Course fee: £55, there will be an additional fee for each finished item. Classes run from 2pm to 4pm every Wednesday from the 9th June to 7th July.
