Salisbury Arts Scene’s Festival is a warm welcome during these hard times. If you are looking for something to do with a friend or family member for an hour or two, this is it. Wander around The Market Place exploring the creativity of local artists and craftspeople, talk to them, see their work up close and maybe purchase something special for you or a friend. August’s event was filled with unique and gorgeous pieces. I have no doubt that September’s event will be just as great. I will be bringing my slip-decorated stoneware pots along with some fresh new work, never seen before.

This is an outdoor event so fingers crossed for the weather. Hand sanitiser and gloves will be provided so you can handle pots to your heart’s content.
